Next Generation Motorsports (NGM) is prepared for round 8 in the Grand Am 2009 Koni Sports Car Challenge race at Barber Motorsports Park on July 18th. We will be bringing three NGM BMW 330i’s, to the event weekend in Birmingham, Alabama, running for multiple top 10 finishes, this track should be well suited for our BMW’s to perform and handle well at The teams driver line up is looking strong as well, returning in the # 64 NGM BMW 330ci will be car owner Ted Giovanis, and co-driver Mike Halpin, who has had great experiences running BMW’s here at Barber. Ted and Mike feel this will be their weekend at a track well suited for the BMW and their driving styles.

In the #129 NGM BMW 330i will be returning driver Bryan Ortiz from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Joining Bryan in his quest for the ST podium here at Barber will be GS point’s leader Ken Wilden from Toronto, Canada. Together they will be doing double duty also driving in their respective cars for Rehagen Racing in the GS Class race on Sunday July 19th here at Barber Motorsports Park. This will be Ken’s first time working with one of NGM’s BMWs, with his vast experience should be up to speed quickly. Bryan has a great feeling about this race weekend here at Barber Motorsports Park.

For the team’s third entry the #128 NGM BMW 330i will be piloted for the 5th time this season be Daniel Orr from Edmond, Oklahoma. Daniel is still looking for a co-driver for the event but has a couple of prospects in mind, just looking to sign one in to help him run for a top ten here at Barber Motorsports Park.
